Mix minced meat with finely chopped (or minced with a meat grinder) onion, salt, pepper, add your favorite spices (I have sweet paprika and a special mix for minced meat), you can add soaked bread crumbs, but I did without it (already very soft cakes). Add the egg and knead well.

To make the cutlets more spicy, I make a sauce for them. In principle, it is a common sauce "Tuzluk". Mix sour cream, herbs (parsley is better), a little garlic and pepper. That's all, the sauce is ready. But if you do not want to bother with sauce, you can just pour the cutlets with sour cream. Also very tasty.
