Ingredients for - Fig, Walnut, And Blue Cheese Dip
1. 4 oz. (½ block) cream cheese, room temperature -
3. 1 (5 oz.) container Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese, divided -
4. 4 figs, chopped into small pieces (4 oz., heaping ½ c.) -
5. 1/2 c. chopped lightly toasted walnuts, plus more chopped for serving -
6. 1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest, plus 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice -
10. Crackers, for dipping -
How to cook deliciously - Fig, Walnut, And Blue Cheese Dip
1. Stage
In a medium bowl, whisk cream cheese and sour cream. together until smooth. Add all but ¼ cup of the Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese, the figs, walnuts, lemon zest and juice, sugar, garlic powder and ¼ teaspoon salt.
2. Stage
Season to taste with more salt, if desired. Serve dip sprinkled with reserved ¼ cup Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese and more walnuts atop crackers, figs, or any other dippers you like.
