7. Pumpkin Puree - 3 tablespoons
8. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
9. Vegetable oil - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Water - ⅓ cup

Combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a bowl.
