Ingredients for - Garlic Bell Pepper Vinaigrette

1. Red bell pepper, diced - ½
2. Garlic, finely chopped - 4 cloves
3. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
4. Fresh basil leaves, chopped - 4
5. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
6. Italian salad dressing - ½ cup
7. Red wine vinegar - 1 cup
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Bell Pepper Vinaigrette

1. Stage

Choose a clean bottle or jar with a well fitting lid or cork. Put the peppers, garlic, parsley, and basil into the jar or bottle. Pour in olive oil, italian dressing, and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with lid, shake well to mix, and refrigerate at least 2 days to allow flavors to develop.
