1. Olive oil - ¼ cup
2. White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
3. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
4. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
5. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
6. Portobello mushroom caps, cut into bite-sized pieces - 3 large
7. Asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces - 12 stalks
8. Red bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces - 1 large

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Asparagus, Red Bell Pepper, and Portobello Mushrooms

1. Stage

Combine olive oil, vinegar, Dijon, sugar, salt, and pepper for the vinaigrette in a small bowl and mix until well combined. Pour in a large resealable bag and add mushrooms, asparagus, and bell pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
