Ingredients for - Grape Appetizer

1. 4 ounces sliced almonds (about 1 cup) -
2. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened -
3. 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese, room temperature -
4. 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley -
5. 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, room temperature -
6. Appetizer skewers or toothpicks -
7. 1 to 1-1/4 pounds seedless red or green grapes, rinsed and patted dry -

How to cook deliciously - Grape Appetizer

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 275°F. Pulse the almonds in a food processor until they're finely chopped, but do not overprocess them.

2. Stage

Spread the almonds in a 15x10x1-inch pan and bake them until they're golden brown, six to nine minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer them to a shallow bowl and allow them to cool slightly.

In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, blue cheese, parsley and cream until blended.

4. Stage

Insert a skewer into each grape. Roll the grapes in the cheese mixture, then in the almonds. Place the grape appetizers on waxed-paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate them, covered, until serving time.
