1. 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
2. 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard  -
3. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
4. 2 tbsp. freshly chopped dill, plus more for serving -
5. 1/4 c. minced red onion -
6. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
7. Freshly ground black pepper -
8. 8 oz. orzo -
9. 3 Persian cucumbers, sliced into thin half-moons -
10. 2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved -
11. 1 (15.5-oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed -
12. 1/2 c. pitted kalamata olives, halved -
13. 1 c. crumbled feta (about 1/4 lb.) -

How to cook deliciously - Greek Orzo Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice and mustard. While whisking, slowly add oil until fully combined. Stir in dill and red onion, then season with 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper. Set aside.
