1. 3 c. baby spinach -
2. 3 c. arugula  -
3. 1 (11-oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained -
4. 1 c. toasted walnuts -
5. 3/4 c. dried cranberries -
6. 1/2 c. shaved Parmesan -
7. pinch of flaky sea salt -
8. 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar -
9. 1 tbsp. orange juice -
10. 1 tbsp. honey -
11. 2 tsp. poppy seeds -
12. 1 tsp. Dijon mustard -
13. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
14. Kosher salt -
15. Freshly ground black pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Mandarin Orange Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, toss together spinach, arugula, mandarins, walnuts, and cranberries. 

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, orange juice, honey, poppy seeds, and mustard. Slowly pour in oil while whisking until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. 

3. Stage

Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Top with Parmesan and a pinch of sea salt.
