Ingredients for - Dried Beef Cheese Ball

1. 2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 c. shredded cheddar -
3. 1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped -
4. 4 oz. (about 1 c.) dried or chipped beef, divided -
5. 2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided -
6. 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce -
7. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
8. 1/4 tsp. cayenne -
9. Kosher salt -
10. Freshly ground black pepper -
11. Crackers, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Dried Beef Cheese Ball

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bell pepper, 1/4 cup dried beef, 1 green onion, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper. 

2. Stage

Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours. 

3. Stage

On a plate, combine remaining ¾ cup dried beef and remaining green onion. Unwrap cheese ball and roll into dried beef mixture to coat the outside.

4. Stage

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
