3. Onion, diced 1 small
4. Avocado - peeled, pitted, and chopped 1
5. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped 1
6. Garlic, chopped 1 clove
7. White balsamic vinegar ¼ cup
8. Lime juice 1 tablespoon
9. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
