1. Diced honeydew melon - 2 cups
2. English (seedless) cucumber, peeled and diced - 1
3. Onion, diced - 1 small
4. Avocado - peeled, pitted, and chopped - 1
5. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped - 1
6. Garlic, chopped - 1 clove
7. White balsamic vinegar - ¼ cup
8. Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
