2. Red onion, diced ½
3. Red bell pepper, diced 1
4. Chopped fresh cilantro ¼ cup
5. Lime juice 2 tablespoons

7. Hot chile paste, or to taste ¼ teaspoon
8. Tuna steaks 4 (6 ounce)
9. Extra-virgin olive oil ¼ cup
10. Salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup
11. Eggs 3
12. Chopped macadamia nuts ½ cup
