1. 1 pound ground turkey -
2. 1 small onion, grated -
3. 1 cup sliced mushrooms -
4. 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted -
5. 1/3 cup buttermilk -
6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder -
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
8. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
9. 1 cup sour cream -
10. Hot cooked noodles -
11. Minced fresh parsley, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Ground Turkey Stroganoff

1. Stage

In a skillet, cook turkey and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add mushrooms; cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in the soup, buttermilk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat gently but do not boil. Serve over noodles. Garnish with parsley if desired.
