1. 1 pound lean ground beef -
2. 1 cup finely chopped onion -
3. 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained -
4. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce -
5. 1 teaspoon salt -
6. 2 cups sliced peeled potatoes -
7. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour -
8. 2 cups frozen corn, thawed -
9. 1-1/2 cups frozen lima beans, thawed -
10. 1 medium green pepper, julienned -
11. 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Harvest Hamburger Casserole

1. Stage

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the onion, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish.

2. Stage

Layer with the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper. Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
