How to cook deliciously - Keto Chili
1. Stage
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, and cook for seven to nine minutes or until browned. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the meat to a 6-quart or 8-quart slow cooker. Discard all but 1 teaspoon fat from the skillet.
2. Stage
Add the onion and cook for three to five minutes or until lightly browned. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Transfer the onion and garlic mixture to the slow cooker.
3. Stage
Add the remaining ingredients, except the cilantro, to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for six to eight hours or on high for three to five hours.
4. Stage
Stir in the cilantro. Serve in bowls and top with desired toppings.
