1. Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds - 4 medium
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
5. Malt vinegar, or to taste - 2 tablespoons

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place 2 baking sheets in the oven and heat for about 10 minutes.
