1. 1 loaf (1 pound) French bread -
2. 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes -
3. 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese -
4. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -
5. 1 medium onion, finely chopped -
6. 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese -
7. 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives -
8. 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing -
9. 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil -
10. 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano -

How to cook deliciously - Italian Cheese Loaf

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Cut top half off loaf of bread. Carefully hollow out both halves of loaf, leaving a 1/2-in. shell (discard removed bread or save for another use).

Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon into bottom half of bread, mounding as necessary; replace top. Wrap in foil. Bake until cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
