1. Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 pound
2. Italian-style salad dressing ½ cup
3. Lime juice ½ cup
4. Red bell peppers, chopped 2 medium
5. Onion, finely chopped 1 medium
6. Celery, chopped 1 stalk
7. Chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon
8. Romaine lettuce, torn 1 pound

1 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Grill shrimp until they are bright pink on the outside and the meat is opaque, about 2 minutes per side. Let cool 10 minutes and transfer to a non-metal bowl.
