1. Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons
2. Garlic, chopped - 4 cloves
3. Large shrimp - peeled and deveined - 1 ½ pounds
4. Tequila - ½ cup
5. Chopped fresh cilantro - ½ cup
6. Salt and pepper to taste -

How to cook deliciously - Tequila Shrimp

1. Stage

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until light brown. Place shrimp in the pan, and cook for 3 minutes.

2. Stage

Pour in tequila, and season with cilantro, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.
