1. Garlic, crushed - 4 cloves
2. Dried rosemary, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
3. Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
4. Zucchini, diced, or more to taste - 2
5. Hard Italian salami, diced - ⅓ (4 ounce) package
6. Mini fresh mozzarella balls, or more to taste - 4
7. Almonds, chopped - 12
8. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
9. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Italian Zucchini Salad

1. Stage

Mix garlic, rosemary, sea salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add zucchini, salami, mozzarella cheese, and almonds. Mix well. Stir in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Let stand for 10 minutes, then serve.
