Ingredients for - Jalapeño Cheese Puffs

1. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 cup
3. Diced jalapeno peppers - 1 (4 ounce) can
4. Green onions, diced - 3
5. Garlic, pressed - 2 cloves
6. Wonton wrappers - 1 (16 ounce) package
7. Vegetable oil for frying - 1 quart

How to cook deliciously - Jalapeño Cheese Puffs

1. Stage

Mix cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapeño peppers, green onions, and garlic in a medium bowl.

2. Stage

Fill wonton wrappers with approximately 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture each. Fold wrappers into triangles and press the edges with a moistened fork to seal.

3. Stage

Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large, deep skillet. Drop 4 wontons at a time into the oil and quickly fry, turning once. Remove when golden brown and drain on paper towels. Deb C
