2. Sliced shiitake mushrooms - ¼ cup
3. Miso paste - 1 tablespoon
4. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
5. Cubed soft tofu - ⅛ cup
6. Green onion, chopped - 1

1. Stage

Bring dashi stock to a boil in a medium saucepan; reduce heat to simmer, add mushrooms, and cook for 3 minutes.
