2. Butter, melted - ½ cup
3. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
4. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
5. Dried dill weed - 1 tablespoon
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
8. Potatoes, peeled and cubed - 5 large

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
