How to cook deliciously - Lazy curd dumplings
1. Stage
In a bowl mix the cottage cheese, egg, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and sugar. Knead everything well with a fork until smooth.

Boil water, add 0.5 tsp. salt. Send lazy dumplings to the boiling water, stir gently with a spoon, so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan. When the water with dumplings comes to a boil, boil them for another 5-7 minutes. Remove to a plate with a dredge.

Add butter or sour cream to the plate with the dumplings, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with jam/jam. Bon appetit!
