Do not mix anything yet, salt lightly and let stand for about 15 minutes, let the juice flow, which must be drained, otherwise you will get not a salad, but mush. Mix just before serving, so the salad will retain its appearance. As you yourself understand, cucumbers and especially tomatoes are very delicate products in this regard. So, drain the juice, pressing a little with your hand, so that all the excess escapes.

Now you can combine all the products - meat, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions - squeeze and add to the salad along with pepper and salt (to taste)
