1. Light mayonnaise - ½ cup
2. Milk - ½ cup
3. Eggs, lightly beaten - 4 large
4. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 1 (10 ounce) package
5. Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese - 8 ounces
6. Chopped onion - ¼ cup
7. Unbaked pie shell - 1 (9 inch)

How to cook deliciously - Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with foil.

2. Stage

Whisk together mayonnaise and milk in a large bowl until smooth. Whisk in eggs; set aside.

3. Stage

Layer spinach, cheese, and onion in the pie shell, making several layers of each. Place on the prepared cookie sheet. Slowly pour egg mixture into the pie shell, then cover quiche with foil.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until the top is golden brown and filling is set, 10 to 15 more minutes.
