How to cook deliciously - Light salad with chickpeas
1. Stage
Soak the chickpeas overnight. Drain the water, pour in new water and cook for 1.5 hours. Cool.
2. Stage
Grate the carrot and cucumber. I did this with a food processor.
3. Stage
Dressing: stir tahina, water, lemon juice, salt and spices until smooth.
4. Stage
Mix all ingredients, dress and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let stand in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
