How to cook deliciously - Mango jelly and rice
1. Stage
Take a mango. Remove the skin and the pit.

Cut the mango into small cubes.

Squeeze the juice from the oranges.

Mix mango slices with orange juice.

Dissolve 15g gelatin in cold water, leave for 30 minutes. Then place in a water bath, stirring continuously until the gelatin has dissolved.

Pour the mango and orange juice mixture into the gelatin. Pour into glasses and place in the refrigerator to set.

Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan and boil the rice until tender. Grate the zest of one lime on a fine grater. Squeeze the juice from the lime. Mix the boiled rice with the lime zest and freshly squeezed juice. Add the sugar. Dilute the remaining gelatine in cold water, allow to stand for 30 minutes, then dissolve in a water bath and add to the rice and lime juice and zest.
8. Stage
Whip the cream and add to the rice mixture. Stir everything well.
9. Stage
Place the "rice cream" on top of the frozen mango-orange jelly and chill again. Garnish the dessert with whipped cream if desired. Dessert is ready. Enjoy!
