Once the water comes to a boil, add the butter. Then add flour. Stir at the same time, so that there are no lumps. If you can't make the sauce without lumps, I advise you to beat it in a blender. I always do this if I see that the sauce has an uneven consistency.

Now let's make porridge! To do this, bring the milk to a boil and gradually add the semolina, stirring all the time. Do not forget to put sugar and salt. The porridge should be thick! Peel pears, purée them with a blender and add them to the porridge. Stir it.
