4. Oat flour - 4 cups
5. Ground cinnamon - 2 tablespoons
6. Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
7. Vanilla-flavored whey protein powder - 2 scoops

Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
