1. Maple syrup 1 cup
2. Margarine 5 tablespoons
3. Egg 1 large
4. All-purpose flour 1 ½ cups
5. Whole wheat flour ½ cup
6. Baking powder 2 ¼ teaspoons
7. Ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon
8. Salt ½ teaspoon
9. Ground ginger ¼ teaspoon
10. Milk ½ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 12-cup muffin tins.
