1. Ground beef - ½ pound
2. Stewed tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
3. Tomato sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
4. Water - 2 cups
5. Frozen mixed vegetables - 1 (10 ounce) package
6. Dry onion soup mix - ¼ cup
7. White sugar - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Martha's Vegetable Beef Soup

1. Stage

In a large pot over medium high heat, saute the ground beef for about 5 minutes, or until browned. Drain off excess fat.

2. Stage

Add the tomatoes, sauce, water, vegetables, soup mix and sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
