7. Orange juice - ¼ cup
8. Eggs - 3 large
9. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
10. Apple - peeled, cored, and chopped - 1 cup
11. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup
12. Flaked coconut - 1 cup
13. White sugar - 1 cup
14. Buttermilk - ½ cup
15. Unsalted butter - 6 tablespoons
16. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Old-Fashioned Apple Cake

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.

Make the cake: Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in oil, orange juice, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined, then stir in apple, walnuts, and coconut. Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, 75 to 90 minutes. Remove from the oven and poke holes all over cake with a chopstick.
