Ingredients for - Mason Jar Omelets

1. Nonstick cooking spray -
2. 4 large eggs -
3. 2/3 c. shredded cheddar -
4. 1/2 Onion, finely chopped -
5. 1/2 c. ham, diced -
6. 1 red bell pepper, chopped -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. 1 tbsp. freshly chopped chives -

How to cook deliciously - Mason Jar Omelets

1. Stage

 Grease two 16-ounce mason jars with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Stage

Crack two eggs into each jar. Divide cheese, onion, ham, and bell pepper between the two jars and season with salt and pepper.

3. Stage

Place lids on jars and shake until eggs are scrambled and ingredients are combined.

4. Stage

Remove lids and place in the microwave. Microwave on low for 4 minutes, checking every 30 seconds. Garnish with chives and serve.
