Ingredients for - Mediterranean Farfalle

1. Farfalle pasta - 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Chorizo sausage, crumbled - 1 pound
3. Fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips - ¼ cup
4. Pine nuts - ½ cup
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
7. Diced tomato - 1 cup
8. Olive oil - ½ cup
9. Red wine vinegar - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Mediterranean Farfalle

1. Stage

Cook pasta in salted, boiling water until al dente.

2. Stage

While the pasta is cooking, brown chorizo over medium heat. Add nuts and brown them also; do not burn! Add garlic, and remove from heat.

3. Stage

Drain pasta. In a large bowl, toss together pasta, chorizo mixture, basil, cheese, and tomatoes. Whisk together olive oil and vinegar; pour over pasta, and toss. Serve.
