1. Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - 2 pounds
2. Olive oil - 1 drizzle
3. Fresh lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
4. Minced garlic - 3 tablespoons
5. Lemon-pepper seasoning, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
6. Lemon, zested - ½ medium
7. Unsalted butter, sliced - ½ cup
8. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Lemon-Pepper Shrimp

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Place shrimp in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with lemon juice, garlic, lemon-pepper, and lemon zest. Top with slices of butter. Sprinkle parsley on top.
