Ingredients for - Midwinter Greens Tonic

1. Chopped escarole - 1 ½ cups
2. Chopped spinach - 1 ½ cups
3. Chopped kale - 1 cup
4. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
5. Chopped Granny Smith apple - ½ cup
6. Water - ½ cup
7. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
8. Honey - 1 tablespoon
9. Fresh ginger, chopped - 1 (1 inch) piece

How to cook deliciously - Midwinter Greens Tonic

1. Stage

Puree escarole, spinach, kale, celery, apple, water, lemon juice, honey, and ginger in a blender until very smooth. Strain, pressing through a fine-mesh sieve. Serve immediately over ice or chill up to 1 hour and shake well to redistribute.
