1. 2 cups milk chocolate chips -
2. 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream -
3. 1 package (14.4 ounces) graham crackers, quartered -
4. 1 cup marshmallow creme -
5. 2 cartons (7 ounces each) milk chocolate for dipping -

How to cook deliciously - Mini S’mores

1. Stage

Place the chocolate chips in a small bowl. In a small saucepan, bring the heavy cream just to a boil. Pour the cream over the chocolate, then stir with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature or until it reaches a spreading consistency, about 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Spread the chocolate mixture over half the quartered graham crackers. Spread marshmallow creme over the remaining graham crackers.

3. Stage

Place the marshmallow sides and the chocolate sides together, like a sandwich, pressing to adhere.

4. Stage

Melt the dipping chocolate according to the package directions. Dip each s'more halfway into the chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place the dipped s'mores on waxed-paper-lined baking sheets, and let them stand until the chocolate is set.
