Cooking
1 . Stage
We make the dough. The milk needs to be heated. Pour it into a bowl, add sugar and salt and mix. Sprinkle oat flakes. I always use coarse flakes or Hercules. Stir, set aside and let the flakes swell.

2 . Stage
Let's do the onion and parsley. Chop the parsley finely. Peel the onion.

3 . Stage
We need to chop the onions very finely. I will use a chopper. If you don't have one, you can grate it on a fine grater. The flakes have swollen in about 10 minutes. We beat the eggs in them, stir with a whisk. Sift flour into a bowl with flakes, and again combine. A dough is created. Put parsley in the batter.

4 . Stage
Pour the sunflower oil, put the onion. Using a whisk, combine thoroughly.

5 . Stage
The batter is ready to bake pancakes. The batter is not quite thick.

6 . Stage
It spreads well in the pan. My frying pan is D-24 cm. I heated it up and greased it for the first pancake. We do not need to grease further, we have sunflower oil in the batter.

7 . Stage
When the pancake grabs on one side, flip easily and finish frying.

8 . Stage
Remove the pancakes to a plate and brush each one generously with butter. Stack the pancakes on a plate face up! There are 6 pancakes D-24 cm.

9 . Stage
Flavorful and delicious beauties!

10 . Stage
I served them with homemade cutlets.
