3. Flaked salt, divided - 1 teaspoon
4. Heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced - 2 large
5. Ripe peaches - halved, pitted, and sliced into half moons - 2
6. Ball fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced - 1 (8 ounce)
7. Fresh basil - 6 leaves

How to cook deliciously - Peach and Tomato Caprese Salad

1. Stage

Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and 1 pinch flaked salt together in a bowl until dressing is smooth.

2. Stage

Alternate tomato slices, peach slices, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves in layers on a platter. Drizzle dressing over salad and sprinkle remaining flaked salt on top.
