2. Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
3. Flaked salt, divided 1 teaspoon
4. Heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced 2 large
5. Ripe peaches - halved, pitted, and sliced into half moons 2
6. Ball fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced 1 (8 ounce)
7. Fresh basil 6 leaves

How to cook deliciously - Peach and Tomato Caprese Salad

1 . Stage

Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and 1 pinch flaked salt together in a bowl until dressing is smooth.

2 . Stage

Alternate tomato slices, peach slices, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves in layers on a platter. Drizzle dressing over salad and sprinkle remaining flaked salt on top.
