1. Fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and chopped ½
2. Strawberries, quartered ½ pound
3. Kiwifruit, peeled and diced 3
4. Mango - peeled, seeded and diced 1 large
5. Grape tomatoes ½ cup
6. Finely chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons
7. Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
8. Tilapia fillets 1 ½ pounds
9. Seasoned pepper blend ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

In a bowl, toss together the pineapple, strawberries, kiwifruit, mango, tomatoes, cilantro, and balsamic vinegar.
