3. 2/3 cup sugar -
4. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour -
5. 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest -
6. 1/8 teaspoon salt -

9. 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats -
10. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar -
11. 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon -
12. 1/8 teaspoon salt -
13. 5 tablespoons cold butter -

How to cook deliciously - Peach Blueberry Crisp

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine the peaches, blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon zest and salt. Transfer the fruit mixture to a greased 11x7-inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the topping over the fruit.

Bake the crisp for 30 to 35 minutes until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is lightly browned. Serve warm.
