Ingredients for - Grilled Orange Roughy

1. 2 tablespoons lemon juice -
2. 1 tablespoon butter, melted -
3. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme -
4. 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest -
5. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
6. 1/4 teaspoon paprika -
7. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder -
8. 4 orange roughy, red snapper, catfish or trout fillets (6 ounces each) -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Orange Roughy

1. Stage

In a small shallow bowl, combine the lemon juice, butter, thyme, lemon zest, salt, paprika and garlic powder. Dip both sides of the fillets into the lemon mixture.

2. Stage

Lightly oil the grill rack. Grill the fish, covered, over medium-high heat (or broil it 4 inches from the heat) for 5 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
