1. 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham -
2. 4 cups cubed cooked turkey -
3. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese -
4. 1 large onion, chopped -
5. 1/3 cup butter, cubed -
6. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour -
7. 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard -
8. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg -
9. 1-3/4 cups 2% milk -
10. Topping: -
11. 1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs -
12. 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese -
13. 1/4 cup butter, melted -

How to cook deliciously - Cordon Bleu Casserole

1. Stage

In a large nonstick skillet, cook ham until browned, 4-5 minutes; drain and pat dry. In a greased 2-qt. baking dish, layer the turkey, cheese and ham; set aside.

2. Stage

In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the flour, mustard and nutmeg until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour over ham.

3. Stage

Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until golden brown and bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
