1. Butter 2 teaspoons
2. Eggs 2
3. Sourdough bread, toasted 1 slice
4. Dijon mustard 1 slice
5. Avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced ½
6. Grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Perfect Breakfast

1 . Stage

Melt 2 teaspoons butter in a skillet over medium heat; add eggs. Allow egg whites to cook until mostly firm before breaking the yolks; continue cooking until eggs are completely cooked and no longer runny, 2 to 3 minutes.

2 . Stage

Spread one side of toasted sourdough bread slice with Dijon mustard.

3 . Stage

Arrange avocado slice on bread.

4 . Stage

Top avocado with cooked eggs.

5 . Stage

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over eggs.
