2. White sugar 1 tablespoon
3. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
4. Baking soda ¼ teaspoon
5. Salt ¼ teaspoon
6. Egg 1
7. Orange juice 2 tablespoons
8. Buttermilk ¾ cup
9. Canola oil 2 tablespoons
10. Slices canned pineapple, chopped 1 (8 ounce) can

1 . Stage

Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat.

In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a small bowl, beat together egg, orange juice, buttermilk, and canola oil. Whisk into the flour mixture. Stir in pineapple.
