Ingredients for - Potato Sausage Stuffing

1. Lean pork sausage - 1 pound
2. Potatoes, peeled and diced - 2
3. Chopped celery - 1 ½ cups
4. Diced sweet onion - ¾ cup
5. Butter - ¾ cup
6. Soft bread cubes - 9 cups
7. Dried thyme - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground sage - ½ teaspoon
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Potato Sausage Stuffing

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place sausage, potatoes, celery, onion and butter in a large, deep skillet. Saute over medium high heat until sausage is crumbled and evenly cooked.

3. Stage

Combine the bread cubes, thyme, sage, salt and pepper. Toss together with the sausage and potato mixture. Add chicken or vegetable broth if needed.

4. Stage

Bake stuffing in a covered casserole dish for 40 to 50 minutes.
