Ingredients for - Potato Sausage Stuffing

1. Lean pork sausage 1 pound
2. Potatoes, peeled and diced 2
3. Chopped celery 1 ½ cups
4. Diced sweet onion ¾ cup
5. Butter ¾ cup
6. Soft bread cubes 9 cups
7. Dried thyme ½ teaspoon
8. Ground sage ½ teaspoon
9. Salt 1 teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Potato Sausage Stuffing

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Place sausage, potatoes, celery, onion and butter in a large, deep skillet. Saute over medium high heat until sausage is crumbled and evenly cooked.

3 . Stage

Combine the bread cubes, thyme, sage, salt and pepper. Toss together with the sausage and potato mixture. Add chicken or vegetable broth if needed.

4 . Stage

Bake stuffing in a covered casserole dish for 40 to 50 minutes.
