4. Vegetable oil - ¾ cup
5. Warm water - ¼ cup
6. Poppy seeds - 4 teaspoons
7. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
10. Flour - 2 cups

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
