1 . Stage
Put all the ingredients for the marinade in the bowl of a blender and beat well. If you like a pronounced citrus flavor, then put the washed orange with the peel, if you want just a subtle, then the peel should be removed, as well as the seeds.
2 . Stage
Wash the loin and pour the marinade completely. Leave to marinate for 24 hours.
3 . Stage
Take out, scrape off the marinade (otherwise it will burn), put it in a pan and pour the sauce and wine mixture on the bottom. Bake at t=180 for about 30-40 minutes, pouring some sauce from the pan. Take out, cover with foil and let the meat rest for about 10 minutes, then you can carve and serve.
