How to cook deliciously - Pork shish kebab in the oven
1 . Stage
Cut the meat into pieces. Add salt, spices for kebab to your taste.

One onion, cut into small pieces, add to the meat and stir, squeezing well so that the onion juices flow.

Separately marinate the rest of the onion. To do this, cut it in rings. Mix water with vinegar and sugar (I add no more than 1 tsp., otherwise it is too sweet) and pour the onions. Stir the mixture. Cover both containers with cling film or a lid and leave for 2 hours.

Put the onions, then the meat, then some onions on top. Tie the sleeve, make a few holes with a needle and send it to the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cook at 200˚C.
