Ingredients for - Portobello Mushroom Burger

1. 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems and gills removed -
2. 1/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or low-sodium soy sauce) -
4. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
5. 1/2 tsp. ground mustard -
6. 4 brioche buns, for serving -
7. honey mustard, for serving -
8. Bibb lettuce, for serving -
9. Tomato slices, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Portobello Mushroom Burger

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and mustard powder. 

2. Stage

Brush mushroom caps in the mixture and place mushrooms stem side down on a baking sheet. Bake until softened, 15-20 minutes. 

3. Stage

Serve on brioche buns with desired toppings.
